Some of you may be wondering why I picked the first song on my playlist. Well because I really like it. Doesn't it just make you dance? You may be thinking this doesn't sound like Megan. Explanation: I grew up in Nyssa. I just can't get the bee-bop out of my system. I have a total thing for watching 'So you think you can dance' and waiting for the hip hop. It is fantastic and well I love it!

Here is Luke with the hat "I'm a Spudman." Funny thing is he doesn't really like potatoes. How can he be my son and not like potatoes. Well I keep trying him like every meal haha.

Here is playing with play-dough. The kids have a great time with it. Plus if you wait like 1/2 hour after they are done playing with it, the dough sweeps right up. Not bad.
Pure bliss...my mom is letting me make a mess!

We thought we would try the Uncle Landon hairstyle for fun. Doesn't it just make you smile!
On Sunday night we had friends over for doughnuts. The night ran a bit late and I was worried about Austin being too tired. No worries he made his own bed and fell asleep. He is in a Rocket Tent he and Luke got for christmas. They are playing with the tent none stop. For some reason the pillows from the couch looked more comfortable than a regular pillow. Did I mention that he set this up on the tents side in the middle of the hall way. What a silly bean!

Funny boy! Austin has this amazing imagination. Last night I was tucking him in bed (a 1/2 hour process yikes) He then got a few stuffed animals down. He discovered his dog Lucky who does commands. He was pretty cute saying "Lucky Speak" and then the dog barks. So Austin goes to sleep. Later I went to check on him and this is what I found! (see next two pictures)

Significance of the whisk: The other day Austin got the whisk out of the drawer. Then he explained that it has powers. Okay ha. Then he starts to zap Tad and I. So I freeze. He liked that so he had a whisk with powers to make a person freeze. It was slow getting the dishes done when you had to freeze every 30 seconds.
Significance of the head band: This is a bandana from a little monkey Tad got in Brazil. Might I emphasize "little" monkey.

What a funny boy that Austin is. This my friends is why I totally enjoy my children and staying home with them. Free, very enjoyable entertainment all day long!

Someday I will learn how to upload these in chronological order, but for now please think backwards! We had a crazy long, amazing christmas vacation. We are back and ready to share the tell with you!

It snowed like crazy on the day we drove back from Klamath Falls. 8 1/2 hours in the van when it usually takes us 5 1/2 is stinkin long. Bless books on tape and little DVD players. The kids were truly amazing! The next day at my mom's house the kids took advantage of the amazing snow.
Do all moms think their kids are this cute?

For my craft I was supposed to bring my sister in laws wanted to learn to do fondant cakes. Well I learned a lot of how I can improve my demonstration skills. Making cakes takes forever and is a huge mess. I thought my ever clean sister in laws would go crazy, but they just had fun (I hope!). Now they understand my mess making hehe sorry Tadio! Below is a cute oldest niece. I felt inspired that we try zebra for this up coming teenager!
I felt bad because I lead this cute sister in law astray and had her over work her fondant too much. Fondant is horrible to roll out if you over work it. It still turned out really cute.
This cute sister in law just whipped her darling cake right out. It was way fun to try my new imprint mat I got from Tad for christmas (located on the draping). It is way cool!
Ok so this darling niece is hilarious. So I was helping her decorate her cake. I said is this the way you want it. She said, "No, but nobodies perfect." I was cracking up inside. She is so cute!
I had one more sister in law who made a cake, but I didn't get a picture. It turned out cute.
Ok so you know when you just want your kids to be adorable and they usually aren't. Well I must brag that my kids were totally adorable to all sets of grandparents. This is a huge accomplishment because they usually just ignore them. I was so proud! This is pictures with Great-Grandma and Grandpa Baker. Grandpa Baker has pretty severe Alzheimer's, but he was quite smitten with Austin.

I got this cool primary book for my mother-in-law. They are really beautiful books that a great musician like her I hope will enjoy.
I thought this was a cute picture.
These are pictures from the Baker Christmas party. It was fun of fun, games, yummy food, and laughter.

Ok for Christmas Day!

Markie got these jamies for Luke for Christmas. They couldn't resist putting them on him. I have to admit he looks so darn cute! And soft!

The blessed Batman house! Thank you Santa!
Batman underwear yahoo!!
Ok this is just precious. So I made the boys rag quilts for christmas. I told Austin that they were for other people. He helped me make both of them by cutting the thread in between each square. We had fun making them. When I gave it to him on Christmas and told him that the blanket was really for him he hugged me and said, "thank you mom." He is so tender to me. What a boy!
Tad and I have never mentioned leaving cookies and milk for Santa. Austin insisted that we must do it. He was so excited. Santa I'm sure enjoyed them too.
Christmas Eve we got to talk with my brother Landon on Skype. He is on a mission in the Republic of Georgia. It was so fun to see his dimples again. He looks so good!
The next series of pictures are ones Tad took around the house. I was teasing him (or bugging him) that we got this fancy camera and I don't have any pictures of my kids. He came through and took some pretty cute ones!

Ok so I don't know how I did, but I got Courtney to come a visit again. We had a blast! She brought along Troy this time too! We had lots of fun just hanging out. The boys have a great time together too. And aren't they just too cute?!?

Well I'm going to go be more productive. Yesterday I read a book. Yes, I just sat and read. It was just what I needed. The book was the Princess Academy by Shannon Hale. Very good by the way.
