The Life of Tad

For Tad's birthday he requested that we make a movie with our new flip camera.

Well this last week Tad was gone for four days to San Diego for a work conference. We missed him terribly, but we tried to keep ourselves busy with making a real gingerbread house. Austin wanted one that had guys that he could play with. Come to find out that Luke and Austin really like gingerbread cookies and they ate most of them. We kept a few men to play with though:)

I'm sure your thinking why would anybody post this picture of themselves. Well my brother who is on a mission has been asking for a picture of me pregnant. This picture is just for documentation of me at 6 months pregnant. Yes, the belly will get bigger. Anatomically you would think that isn't possible, but my friends it has been done before.

Finally, the boys and I went to this gymnastics gym for their open gym time. It is really a blast and the boys couldn't get enough of the rope swing into the foam pit.

The Nutcracker Interpretation

My neighbor came over for my to braid her daughters hair (good thing I have lots of girl neighbors to keep up my hair doing skills). They were getting ready to go the "Nutcracker." Austin was asking where they were going and so I told him. He says "oh I know what that is like." So he proceeds to get the Nutcracker that I bought for him (that he so desperately wanted at Michaels) to give us a beautiful account of the "Nutcracker."

After laughing our heads off, I showed Austin the ballet on YouTube. He said, "Oh I don't want to go to that!"
