Fun Summer Trip!

We started our trip with a celebration of Tad's grandma Budden. She was such a wonderful lady that their was lots to celebrate! It was wonderful to be with most of Tad's whole family. Grandma Budden will be so missed, but her legacy will go on forever.
After the trip to Brigham City, we drove to Nyssa to hang out with the fam for the weekend. Heber worked hard at teaching Austin to roller skate. What a great uncle! Notice the shirt Austin is wearing. Smitty and Markie brought it back from Hawaii. It is so cute.
It was fair weekend and we couldn't help jumping in on the craziness. My mom got the boys some passes for the rides. They had a great time. Here is Austin with Aunt Kim. She worked really hard to get Austin on that ride since he was a bit too small for the ride. Way to go Kim!
That night the biggest rain storm I have ever seen in Nyssa hit when we were eating dinner. Glad I already had my food because I was starving! After the storm the boys loved jumping in the puddles of water. Where are these kids parents!
The next day we went to the sale of the pigs. My boys were entranced! I could hardly get them to move from this spot.
Since their was the rain storm my mom did a little negotiating and got the ride passes for a few more hours the next day. My boys had a blast riding with their uncles.

What else did we do at the fair. WE ATE!!!! Austin would say, "remember you promised us cotton candy?" I hadn't promised him cotton candy, but why not:)
Markie did pretty well at the fair so she got to do an extra thing call "round robin." This is where she shows like 5 other animals. Markie isn't too fond of animals so it was so fun watching her fight with a dairy cow.

On our last day we went fishing and had a BBQ. It was really fun. My boys always like fishing.

After fishing the boys all went for a ride in the combine with Papa Boss. They thought that was so great!
Here is our farewell to our fun family trip.

Now Austin is a boy after my heart. I love cotton candy too! The pictures are adorable and it looks like you had a great time visiting your family. Brigham City huh? Isn't that close to where I live?

A little jealous you get to see your family so often... but it's a "happy for you" jealousy. :) Isn't fair food divine? When Shannon was prego I think she ate like 9 different times in one outing to the fair - it was hilarious. (I probably matched her and I wasn't pregnant) Your boys are, like always, simply adorable!
