Our Entertainment for the Weekend

We have been loving our subscription to Family Fun magazine. I'm always looking for some great "BOY" crafts and they have great ideas.

This weekend we made these cool monster hats.
Tad and the boys built this box. They put dirt in it with grass seed on top. Then in a few days they are supposed to have a little play area for their animals. They can also cut the grass themselves. They are pretty excited to watch the grass grow and water their grass.
Austin went to a superhero birthday party and made this yellow mask. Before the party I said, "I don't know if you are supposed to dress up or not" (it was kind of implied in the announcement). Tad said to Austin, "Just wear you cape and some underwear on your head." We laughed but didn't think any more of it. So when Tad was helping Austin get ready for the party Austin said, "Dad can I not wear the underwear on my head?" Haha No we didn't make him wear it on his head for the party, but later we decided to be a little more creative with the mask. We are superheroes at our house you know!

I should sign up for that magazine. I need to think of something for these kids to do over spring break or they will drive me nuts.

I would like to see a picture of Tad with underwear on his head and a cape. Those would be some great pictures. Hahahahaaha!!

Those are the cutest superheroes I have ever seen! You are one original and fun mom. I'm amazed that you still have the energy to entertain your boys so creatively in your condition. We can't wait to hear about the safe arrival of the new kid on the block. I'm sure he will be as adorable as the other two. Looking forward to seeing the little rascal. Thanks for sharing - it makes my day.
