I know you are caught in his chocolatey eyes....it happens all of the time. We were blow drying hair with my new blow dryer, so all present needed to try it.
This Monday I had a great day! I made these delicious almond poppyseed cupcakes with orange/almond frosting. Then to my pure delight I tried out my new cricut cartridge for cupcake wrappers. Needless to say I'm in love! They taste as good as they look.
SURPRISE! We had an amazingly fun package in the mail today. I think Aunt Ann is in the lead for favorite Aunt today. Where are you other Aunties? Ann is stepping up the game!
These are whoopy cushions...does she know my boys or what. Fun for hours.
Remember when we had the candy trivia...She sent us Littlethumbs...we love those around here.
Thursday is the blasted 'sentence' day. I say 'sentence' because I feel as if I'm sentenced to an hour of torture every Thursday night getting Austin to write 7 sentences in his journal. I know it is for the greater good, but I dread it. So I hope Ann, you enjoy this weeks journal entry.
Ann, did you not read the part on my blog that said we were on candy detox from Christmas. The candy you sent is mostly gone...seriously, they are your nephews. Bring on the green poop again. I can take it. PS Ann, you are the bomb and we love you:)

Hey, do you use your cricut cake to do your cupcake wrappers? I've been tempted to try paper out, but am kind of hesitant to do it.
I'm not an aunt but for some reason I'm feeling competitive. :) I have a great need to put something in the mail for your boys.

I am pretty tickled that I came before the candy in his sentences. I'm realistic though and realize it was probably only for that day. Maybe I'll need to stock my house for if you come next month. I'll be back on top. Seriously wanted one of your cupcakes. YUMMY!!
