P&G

Have you thanked your mom for everything she does, every single day?
Join P&G in saying, "Thank you, Mom."

These parents of mine both need at Big THANK YOU from the Baker Family.
I happen to have some of the best parents in the world. Perfect-no, but darn close.
Let me tell you why-
These parents of mine have the giving love language.  They love to give and when they do they are really saying I love you.  They give all the time to us so they must really love us!

This last week, for 6 whole days, my amazing parents had my 3 little boys.  Tad and I were moving all of our stuff to Washington and getting settled in.  In the meantime, Luke got Strep Throat with Scarlet Fever.  Then a few days later Cole had it.  While my boys visited they took the boys to the cabin and the County fair several times (they are super crazy and busy).  So as I'm watching the Olympics and all of these commercials are on I thought, well I'm not an Olympian, but my parents have always treated me like one.  Tad and I feel super blessed to each have fantastic parents in our lives. We love them all!

A sidenote: I have totally fallen in love with the US Olympic swimming team and I think this YouTube video sealed that love. Check it out for yourself:

I love that picture of your folks. I had no idea all of this drama was going on...
Are the boys recovered from being so ill?

We all still have the scarlet fever rash pretty good. They itch like crazy. The grouchiness is still present too:) We are doing better though.

Your parents are truly wonderful. So supportive and loving! Couldn't ask for better relations.
I feel so sad for your boys. How on earth do you get Scarlet Fever?
We'll pray for a bill of healthiness in your direction.

Do you guys need help with anything? I realized I dont have a number for you....Obviously, I am a very helpful relative.

No we are doing fine. I did try calling you the other day, but you weren't home. It was your home number I think so I got one of the boys...and we know how great boys are at details. I will catch up with you sometime because I have your birthday present from my mom.

I agree...you do have pretty amazing parents! So sorry you all have been so sick. I hope you are finally settling in OK. I have a cousin that lives in Mesa so if you run into Diana Crowther tell her hi! Take Care!
